Shenoa Payne, a graduate of Willamette University College of Law, is the founder of Shenoa Payne Attorney at Law PC, a law firm dedicated to advancing the civil rights of Oregonians. Shenoa focuses on representing individuals against large corporations and public entities in state and federal court under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Housing Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Section 1983 of the Civil Rights Act, Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972, and state law. Shenoa also has a successful general plaintiff-side appellate practice, protecting verdicts in state and federal appellate courts.
