The OWLS Foundation is pleased to award a Vernellia R. Randall Bar Exam Grant to Emily LeBlanc.
Emily is the single custodial parent of a young toddler. She will be graduating from the University of Oregon in May 2019 and will take the July Oregon bar exam. She hopes to practice business law in order to help women and minorities open and operate their own businesses.
The grant is awarded in honor of Vernellia R. Randall, who has made a lasting contribution to the Foundation and is playing a significant role in efforts to give women and minorities greater access to the justice system.
