Tracy McGovern joined the OWLS Foundation board in May 2022. She has a general civil litigation practice with Frohnmayer, Deatherage, Jamieson, Moore, Armosino, and McGovern, PC. She received her law degree from George Washington University, National Law Center. Her undergraduate degree is from the Catholic University of America.
