Suleima Garcia joined the OWLS Foundation Board in 2017. She is a former recipient of the Foundation’s Armonica Law Student Grant.
She is a Deputy District Attorney in Multnomah County.
She graduated from the University of Oregon in 2009 and then earned her J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2015.
