Holly Martinez joined the OWLS Foundation board in 2020. She is an associate attorney in the Portland office of Perkins Coie. Holly practices commercial litigation and advises clients in breach of contract actions, general business disputes and cyber enforcement matters.
She received her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School as an evening student and her B.A. from Seattle University. Prior to law school, Holly worked in corporate public relations and as a political speechwriter.
