Brittany Buxton joined the OWLS Foundation Board in 2020 shortly after she relocated to Portland from San Francisco with her husband and young daughter. She has significant experience with multinational corporations, startups, and technology firms, which provides a solid foundation for guiding clients through the complexities of cross-border corporate and tax restructuring, corporate governance implementation and exposure risks.
She is a board member of Lawyer Moms Action, and a member of the Junior League of Portland and the British-American Business Council. She received her law degree and M.Phil degree from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.
