Immediately prior to the Oregon Women Lawyers Roberts-Deiz Awards Dinner on Friday, March 14, 2014, the Oregon Women Lawyers Foundation will host a silent auction. Although the auction will be scaled down from that of previous years, through the generous support of our donors, there will be various ways in which to show your support of the Foundation, while socializing with your friends and colleagues. The auction and dinner will be held at The Nines Hotel. The auction and social will begin at 5:00pm. Tickets to the dinner can be purchased through Oregon Women Lawyers. A donation to the Oregon Women Lawyers Foundation will be used to further our mission to educate the public and the legal community about the needs of women and minorities within the justice system. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization and makes grants to law students and attorneys, as well as organizations, who share our commitment to advancing the interests of women and minorities within the justice system. We are particularly proud of our Armonica Gilford Grant, which is presented annually to third year law students at the Oregon law schools. The Armonica Grants provide support to students who aspire to work to improve access to the justice system for women and minorities during and after law school.
